Return & Exchange Information

In the event that you need to return or exchange an item you purchased from us, we want to make it as easy as possible.  Any defective item will be replaced within 30 days of purchase if a like item is available.  In the case that a like item is unavailable, you will be refunded the item cost.  Every item is guaranteed to provide satisfactory performance within the service for which the item was intended; when and if proper care is exercised for its use and maintenance.

Note:  Please do not remove manufacturer's labels.  Items that have been customized cannot be accepted for exchange, credit or refund, unless the item was defective upon receipt.

Receipts MUST accompany your return.

Place your item in the original packaging, if available, and enclose a completed Return & Exchange Form, you may download the form from the link below.

Our Returns department requests that we allow 2-3 weeks turn around time for the issuance of credit or for the shipping of an exchange.

Instructions for Mailing Returns

1.  Place the complete Return and Exchange Form in the box with the item.
2.  Address the box to the location from which your order was shipped.  The  
     address can be found on the address label or packaging list.
3.  Make certain your name and address is on the outside of the box.
4.  Ship all returns using UPS, Federal Express, etc.  PLEASE DO NOT SHIP RETURNS VIA
     US POSTAL SERVICE.
